- Where is my order?
- Every order gets an email at each stage. Once it ships you’ll receive a tracking number. You can also see status in your account.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days and typically arrive 2–4 working days after that.
- Can I exchange a size?
- Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Message us and we’ll arrange it.
- I paid by bank transfer. What now?
- We match every transfer against our bank statement before dispatch, usually within 24 hours, then email you a confirmation.
