Using This Website

By browsing or ordering from this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary — if an exact shade matters, message us before ordering.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error and will always contact you before doing anything to your order.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email. Occasionally we may need to decline an order — for example if an item sold out between your click and our warehouse check, or if a delivery address cannot be served.

For bank-transfer orders, confirmation follows verification of your payment against our bank statement.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier the exact order total on arrival.
• Bank Transfer: you transfer the total and upload your receipt. We verify it against our statement before dispatch, normally within 24 hours.
• A receipt image alone is not proof of payment. Orders remain unconfirmed until we have matched the funds.
• Submitting a fabricated or altered payment receipt is fraud, and we will refuse and report it.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier operations outside our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchange policy forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days from delivery, unworn, tags attached — with hygiene exclusions for cosmetics and fragrance.

Reviews & Customer Content

• We publish reviews from real customers only. We do not write, buy or fabricate reviews.
• We may hide a review that contains abuse, personal information or content unrelated to the product — but we will not hide a review simply for being critical.
• By uploading a photo with a review you give us permission to display it on the product page.

Intellectual Property

The ZUREVIA name, logo, site design, photography and copy are our property. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
